Technology

So this efolio is a pain. I was so scared when liquid got spilled on my computer by a friend, because my whole technology folder was on it. If i would have had to of start from scratch for my EFOLIO, i probably would have just stopped. Dr. Leight wouldnt have been happy, but i didnt listen like i should of and saved it in multiple places. I did however get my hard drive and put it on my brothers computer to take my school things off of it to put it on my old one. Thank god for my brother, and my mamma, cause i wouldnt have been able to get it off in time to complete it. Hope i never have to do something like that again.

    I hear you this efolio is so time consuming I am literally going nuts. Have you installed dropbox on your computer yet? I have my efolio backed up on my flash drive, hard drive and dropbox just in case. But what format did you do yours in? I switched last week to powerpoint because I was so frustrated with the wordfile/webpage format it looked awful. And linking on powerpoint is much easier. And do you have a lot of artifacts in your domains? I hope Leight doesn't take off points, because I have like four artifacts total and their all in domain I.

    I definitely agree that the efolio was a pain. It was a lot of work but overall I'm pretty happy that Dr. Leight made us do it. But I would have given up if something would have happened to my computer. Your lucky you were able to save it. I did mine in word. It worked pretty good for me. I only had one problem but I figured it out. I kind of wish I would have done it in powerpoint because everyone says that it was easier in that.

    I know exactly what you mean, the Efolio was a pain but the advice that I offer to everyone is just to start it early, and save it, save it, save it! With those two things in mind you should be fine. I saved mine to drop box, both of my flash drives, an efolio folder on my desktop and in a PE folder, sometimes it can be a pain when you make changes cause then you have to save it to all of those places again but it is WELL worth the hassle of losing it and having to start over.
